Siasa successfully finishes the treatment and paint of the Stena Clear Sky ship
Siasa has collaborated in the renovation of the hull from the Stena Clear Sky, a vessel from the British company Stena Bulk which carries liquefied gas.
The ship is 298m length, 45,8m beam and 26,5m depth. This LNG (liquefied natural gas) ship has a distinctive characteristic: one big dragon drawing at each side of the vessel, which was a challenge for Siasa workers.
The Siasa professionals have used many techniques to achieve the right result: high pressure washing, deck protection, blasting (spot blasting and complete blasting of the hull, scrape of the flat bottom and several layers of paint and protection.
