Techniques:

Manual application

Used for difficult-to-access zones or where spraying is not possible. This consists of the use of different tools such as brushes, rollers, spatulas, etc. to apply paint on the surface.

Spray application (Conventional, Airless, Plural, etc.)

Method suitable for large areas in a short time frame, providing top quality finishes and allowing application of high thickness and viscosity coatings.

Hot Application

Similar to spray application but using sophisticated heating systems to provide special properties such as the fusion of chemical components at different temperatures, reduction of viscosity without thinners, acceleration of the curing process for fast commissioning, etc.

Layered Fibreglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP)

FRP coatings are used to prevent corrosion and deterioration of the interior and exterior bottoms of oil and petrochemical storage tanks and other services. Therefore, the integrity of the steel is recovered, preventing mechanical repairs.
