Equality Plan and Labour Harassment Protocol
The Equality Plan establishes, as a primary objective, the goal of guaranteeing an environment of equal treatment and opportunity in the company.
The Labour Harassment Protocol lays down the commitment of preventing situations of sexual harassment, harassment on the grounds of sex and/or psychological harassment. This protocol defines the behaviours that must be avoided and establishes the specific measures for dealing with potential complaints or claims.
Collaboration with the Friends of Rimkieta Foundation (FAR)
ALTTION collaborates with Friends of Rimkieta Foundation (FAR) by planting and growing trees to improve the environment, the ecosystem and the living conditions of the inhabitants of the Rimkieta neighborhood and surroundings, in Ouagadougou, capital of Burkina Faso, one of the poorest areas in the world.
